Roadliner 2000™ S series
Roadliner 2000™ S series is the first Australian designed and developed plastic road safety barrier system that complies with the rigorous test criteria of TL0 - AS/NZS 3845:1999 and conforms to the requirements of AS 1742.3-2002 MUTCD.
Properly installed, the Roadliner 2000™ S series is capable of providing a safety barrier that, on impact of an errant vehicle, will bring the impacting vehicle to a controlled stop, or provide a dramatic reduction in speed and redirection.
The impact tests provided a pass to all 5 criteria under AS/NZS 3845:1999
Roadliner 2000™ S series has been tested and qualified to AS/NZS 3845:1999, which required the following test parameters and achieved the following results:

Roadliner 2000™ S series barriers are manufactured from UV stabilised LLDPE which provides a strong but flexible system in standard colour of safety orange and safety yellow.
Each barrier end provides a unique interlocking ‘S’ design to the next barrier, which are locked together with easy to use swing latches and bolt sets. Forklift access is also provided for ease of handling.
All Roadliner 2000™ S series safety barriers are manufactured to ISO 9002 Quality Management System, and carry a full manufacturer’s warranty against faulty materials and workmanship.
